Obituary of Margaret Ann Carr

Margaret Ann Carr, 73, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022. A memorial service will be scheduled in Oklahoma on a later date.

Margaret was born June 24, 1949 in Greensville, North Carolina to the late James and Eva Jane McCorkle. She was a beautiful woman who enjoyed taking care of her home and working the occasional puzzle. Margaret loved to shop QVC and her family liked to joke about her various collections. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Everyone who knew her will miss her.

Margaret is survived by her husband of forty-one years, Daniel Carr, Jr.; children: Chastity McCorkle, Fonda Jones, Jevon Butler, Tyrane Patterson, Antonio Cruell, Tyson Cruell, Keyon Cruell, and Daniel Carr, IV; twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and siblings: Liz McClellan, Isaiah McCorkle, and Nathaniel McCorkle.
