Obituary of Thomas Randall McInvale, Sr.

Byron Ga. - Thomas Randall McInvale, Sr., 70, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 19, 2019 with his family by his side. At the request of the family all services will be private.  

Thomas was born on May 18, 1948 in Monroe Louisiana to Leta Bond and William Thomas McInvale. Thomas was a simple man who loved the outdoors and the beauty it brought along with it. In his free time, he could be found doing what he loved to do most which was to hunt and fish. Thomas served his country with great honor serving as a Top Gun Fighter Pilot in the US Navy where he served in the Vietnam War. Thomas retired from the US Navy as a Commanding Officer.  After he served his country, he then continued his career as a Captain. Thomas was a Captain for American Airlines until his retirement. Thomas will be missed by all who knew him and the stories he had to share. 

Thomas is survived by his Mother, Leta Bond; Children, Thomas (Shannon) McInvale, Jr., Lindsay Baird; Grandchildren, Sarah McInvale, Turner Baird, and Bailey Fennelly.
